At the recent 2025 Member Conference of the Procurement and Supply Chain Branch, Ye Feng, Deputy General Manager of Sibo Automation, delivered a keynote report to the conference, discussing the domestication issue with industry partners, which reflects the enterprise's strategic vision of breaking the closed development model and building a shared industrial ecosystem.

On September 10, 2025, a high-quality development symposium for the coastal areas of Jiangsu Province was held in Yancheng. Before the symposium, Secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee Xin Changxing, Deputy Secretary and Governor Xu Kunlin and other provincial leaders conducted on-site research at the coastal parks in Yancheng. Li Wei, manager of the marketing department of Sibo Company, introduced in detail to the provincial leaders the self-developed marine ship central control console of the company and demonstrated its core functions on the spot. The provincial leaders carefully understood the product's technical principles, production process and market prospects.

Shortly after the symposium, on September 18, 2025, Yan Hanping, Deputy Secretary of the Yancheng Municipal Committee and Acting Mayor, Dong Caifeng, Deputy Mayor and Party Secretary of Changyan Industrial Park, Li Zhijun, Secretary of the Dafeng District Committee, Wu Jun, Deputy Party Secretary and Director of the Management Committee of Changyan Industrial Park, and other leaders visited the Sibo Electric Intelligent Factory for inspection and guidance. They deeply understood the production and manufacturing process, and conducted on-site research on the enterprise's scientific and technological innovation, intelligent manufacturing, and overseas market expansion, and put forward specific guiding opinions on the development direction of the enterprise. The continuous high-level government attention not only reflects the local government's real emphasis on the enterprise, but also reflects that policy support is being transformed into precise and coherent assistance actions.

The agglomeration effect of industrial parks and government policy support have created a superior development environment for Sibo. From talent introduction to tax incentives, from infrastructure to application scenario opening, the government has reduced the enterprise's institutional transaction costs and improved innovation efficiency through a series of policy tools. • Bridging global interfaces: Successfully orchestrated Wärtsilä (gensets/battery systems), DEIF (PMS), NORIS (propulsion remote control) and Heatmaster (China’s first ORC waste-heat power system) through intensive multinational video conferences and interface commissioning, resolving the “hard bone” of system compatibility.

• Solving a national first: Addressing power fluctuations introduced by China’s debut ORC system, SIBO, in concert with DEIF and Heatmaster, iteratively refined PMS control logic, ensuring rock-solid power system stability.

The 14,600 DWT MPV project is far more than a conventional newbuild; it embodies the future of shipping—green, smart, efficient. As the core electrical & automation supplier to SAL Heavy Lift’s flagship Orca-class heavy-lift vessel MV Elise, SIBO Group has both witnessed and enabled a watershed moment in maritime sustainability.

• January 2025: the lead vessel *Hangrui Huanghu* was delivered and set sail on her maiden China–Mediterranean service. 

• June 2025: the second vessel *Hangrui Kunpeng* completed dock trials and sea trials. 

• Now: the third vessel *Hangrui Fenghuang* has moved into full system commissioning.

As the supplier of the core electrical and automation packages for this series, Sibo Group delivered switchboards, distribution panels, starters, alarm and monitoring systems and integrated control consoles on time and to the highest quality — adding yet another brilliant chapter to “Chinese wheels, Chinese build, Chinese cars, Chinese transport.”

One ship, room for 7,000 “Chinese dreams”

199.9 m long and 38 m wide, the 12 vehicle decks form a “multi-storey garage at sea.” Passenger cars, heavy trucks, buses and construction machinery each find their own dedicated space.

WinGD’s latest-generation dual-fuel main engine, fitted with iCER intelligent exhaust-gas recirculation, switches seamlessly between LNG and fuel oil, giving the fleet a “green heart” for long voyages.

An invisible grid, visibly reliable

From main switchboards to the last sub-distribution box, from single-point alarms to the whole-ship monitoring network, we have woven an “invisible power grid” through this floating city.

Every lift and levelling of the MacGregor electric-drive RORO decks is backed by Sibo’s fast-response starters and distribution panels working silently behind the scenes. 

A “neural network” of 5,600 monitoring nodes streams real-time data on gas pressure, engine temperature and hold humidity straight to the central control screen — the chief engineer can diagnose remotely at the touch of a button.

Senior engineers from Seahover (Singapore) completed full functional verification and software upgrades of the vessel’s alarm and monitoring system. Tailored one-to-one operator training for the crew ensured the vessel sailed on schedule.

• HANUL2 – Busan, Republic of Korea
The service team of Hwajin Enterprise boarded the vessel and executed a three-day, non-stop retrofit and sea-trial of the main-engine remote control system. The shipowners expressed the highest level of satisfaction.

• IVER AMBASSADOR – Istanbul, Türkiye
Yaf Group’s engineers visited Desan Shipyard in Istanbul. Leveraging Sibo’s dual-support model—remote diagnostics by headquarters specialists combined with on-board intervention by local engineers—they pinpointed and resolved a communication anomaly in the alarm and monitoring system in a single visit, significantly reducing downtime.

From the West African coastline to Northeast Asian ports and the Eurasian crossroads, these three services mark new coordinates on Sibo Group’s after-sales global map. Standardized training materials, comprehensive spare-parts stocks, and fully aligned service procedures have enabled the “local engineer + headquarters expert” synergy to become operational reality—an essential milestone in our “24-hour global response” strategy.
