On May 27, 2026, Jiangsu Sibo Electric Co., Ltd.(a subsidiary of Sibo Group) and the Noris Groupofficially signed the joint venture contract and articles of association for their Sino-German joint company. This event marks not only a major upgrade in their strategic cooperation but also a key milestone in Sibo Group’s pursuit of global strategic layout and deep engagement in international industrial capacity cooperation.

Deep Roots in Sensors, Building a New Platform Together
The formal signing of the contract and articles of association in Germany signifies the comprehensive integration of both parties' resources, technologies, and markets within the sensor sector. It further reinforces the global strategic partnership recently established between the two sides.

The successful realization of this cooperation is built upon the strong foundation laid by both parties over more than two decades of cultivation in the Chinese market, as well as the robust support from local governments. The Changzhou-Yancheng Industrial Park, where Sibo Electric is located, serves as the "Smart Manufacturing Core" of the Yangtze River Delta Integrated Industrial Development Base and a hub for high-tech industry clustering. The park is committed to fostering a market-oriented, law-based, and internationalized business environment, providing enterprises with a broad stage for development and attentive service. Leveraging the park's superior location and comprehensive supporting facilities, the newly established joint venture will focus on sensor technology, aiming to create a comprehensive industrial platform integrating R&D, production, sales, and service.

The Light of Technology Illuminates the Future
Distance tests proximity; even ten thousand miles apart, we remain neighbors. From Sibo’s founding in 1992 and the initial joint venture with Noris Group in 2004, to the creation of this new Sino-German enterprise in 2026—over thirty years of dedication and more than twenty years of walking hand-in-hand—Sibo Group has remained steadfast on the path of open cooperation and innovation-driven development. The formal establishment of this Sino-German joint venture is not only a crucial measure for Sibo Group to optimize its industrial layout and enhance its core competitiveness but also a contribution to the healthy development of China-Germany economic and trade relations. Looking ahead, Sibo Group will work closely with Noris Group to accelerate the implementation of the joint venture project, striving to deliver products that earn market recognition at the earliest possible date.
